Shipping policy

We use Royal mail tracked 48  for shipping most of our orders, however we do sometimes also use Yodel and Evri if royal mail is not possible. Royal Mail tracked 48 service - all of the goods in your order must fit into a single box, we reserve the right to contact you should your order not be viable for a single box to discuss alternative shipping options ( this may incur extra cost for upgrade) If your order is large and there are multiple boxes please choose the DPD rate 1- 10kg for next day UK shipping if you are in doubt please contact us for help.

We aim to pack and despatch your order if goods are in stock within generally within 1 to 2 business days, however some items are stored separately and may need additional time to be collected, please contact us to be advised if you need items for a specific date so we can advise of any additional time needed, if you have ordered preorder items in the same shipment this will also delay the despatch until all goods are in stock.

For shipping to quote for destinations outside of the mainland UK for example Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and international destinations please contact us so we can quote you fairly for the size of your order. 
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland are covered with royal mail tracked 48 up to the weights specified at checkout, however two or more boxes will incur additional fee, please contact us for quotation.

Any deliveries that are not accepted by you on delivery or failed by 'no answer' by the customer and retuned to us are chargeable at the current rate of dpd for a failed delivery. This amount will be payable to us when the goods have been retuned to us, for a redelivery of the same parcel there will be a new shipping cost. Failure to settle this charge will result in the goods ordered not being refundable.
