Shipping policy


We use Royal Mail, Dpd, yodel services for shipping, we may at times use Parcelforce or other agents if we deem those shipping services more suited to your order.  We reserve the right to contact you should your order not be viable for a single box to discuss alternative shipping options ( this may incur extra cost for upgrade) 

*DPD next day and tracked services are guidelines only and are not 'guaranteed by' services. Should you require a 'guaranteed by' shipping service please contact us to arrange. Guaranteed by services will incur additional costs that are not covered under our general shipping. There are no Refunds for delayed shipping by any carriers unless lost or damaged.

We aim to pack and despatch your order if goods are in stock within generally within 1 to 2 business days, in normal circumstances. However some items are stored separately and may need additional time to be collected, please contact us to be advised if you need items for a specific date so we can advise of any additional time needed, if you have ordered preorder items in the same shipment this will also delay the despatch until all goods are in stock, to ship in stock orders without waiting for preorder stock place separate orders. 

For shipping to quote for destinations outside of the mainland UK for example Republic of Ireland, and international destinations please contact us so we can quote you fairly for the size of your order. 
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland are covered with royal mail tracked 48 up to the weights specified at checkout, however two or more boxes will incur additional fee, please contact us for quotation.


Any deliveries that are not accepted by you on delivery or failed by 'no answer' by the customer and retuned to us are chargeable at the current rate of dpd for a failed delivery. This amount will be payable to us when the goods have been retuned to us, for a redelivery of the same parcel there will be a new shipping cost payable. ~
Failure to settle this charge will result in the goods ordered not being refundable.

Any lost or failed deliveries by shipping companies will require a claim to be raised on your behalf, however if the claim is not refunded back to us we will not be able to refund you. We will not compensate or refund shipping for any errors, technical issues, delays or lateness of deliveries made by the shipping companies that are beyond our control. 
During wait times for any claim no replacement goods will be sent.
