Custom UVDTF gang sheet builder

UVDTF decals custom sizes for all solid substrates.

Please read the instructions on how to send your files to us, we will have gang sheet builder shortly once set up on the website.

Create a document canvas in the design software (affinity designer for example) in the size you need for your prints, for example if you are printing multiple designs on one sheet decide if you need quarter metre 25cm, half metre 50cm or full metre in length 100cm, the width must be always be set to 30cm. Set the background colour to transparent, and resolution to 300dpi, colour format to CMYK.

Add your designs to the canvas in the size you need for each and the quantity, if you need two or more of the same design, copy and paste it across the canvas. * PLEASE LEAVE ANOUGH SPACE BETWEEN DESIGNS  MIN 5 MM SO YOU CAN CUT THEM FOR APPLICATION, THERE IS A 1-2MM GLOSS AROUND THE DESIGN AS STANDARD, THIS MUST NOT BE CUT !
 
If you need help please email or message us directly via Facebook us and we can send you a template or help you create one.

Once you are happy your gang sheet is ready export the document in a transparent PNG and send it to us via Email to Beyondblanksuk@hotmail.com  with the heading Custom DTF order and your order number form the website.

Check out your order via the website with any requests in the messages.

Turn around time is approx. 3-5 days we ship royal mail tracked large letter please ensure to select this option at checkout listed as PRINTED ONLY. 

* It is your responsibility to ensure the designs you are printing are not copyright and you have an appropriate licence from the designer that allows printing by a third party, all designs will be printed as uploaded, please ensure your designs are minimum 300DPI with a transparent background. WE WILL NOT EDIT YOUR DESIGNS.
