Pressing guide

Do not trim the acrylic base tab, it is made larger to accommodate shrinkage when pressing!!

DO NOT MIRROR DESIGN , REMOVE PLASTIC COVERS BEFORE PRESSING , medium pressure, Press 200/85, place under flat heavy object to flatten until cool, peel your design once cool.
please note that every heat press is different and we advise you to test to find the optimal temperature and time that works for your equipment. please see the Facebook group featured pinned post for more information. (pressing guide 180/85 to 200/120 )

If acrylic is still proud at the tabs once pressed use a fine emery board to gently remove a little from the side tabs, do not over file it only will be the smallest amount needed.

The acrylic is best if a little tight once fixed to the base , if it’s a little loose you may use glue or 1mm acrylic shims to fix it in place.
