UV-DTF 16oz cup wrap

UV DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing is a printing process achieved with a UV printer to print directly to a film, it is Predominantly used on all hard surfaced substrates.

Beyond Blanks hold the FULL LICENCE to print these images from the Artist.  

What benefits does UVDTF have?

Waterproof but NOT dishwasher safe 

Not alcohol friendly (do not use alcohol to clean your blank substrate)

Transfers are bright, clear and hardwearing and scratchproof

Suitable for using on most hard surfaces such as plastic, acrylic, metal, wood, leather, glass, PET and  many other substates.

Leave for 24 hours before washing for the UV to fully cure

How to Apply UVDTF:

1. Squeegee the wrap front and back before use, to warm up the transfer film

2. Trim down wrap to remove any excess unprinted film, this helps with the top film removal.

3. Make sure your blank is clean from any oils from hands etc  (We DO NOT recommend the use of use alcohol to clean as it may interfere with the adhesion and melt the print)

4. Peel design film base transfer off, leaving the printed design on the top layer

5. Line the design film on the Substrate and lay design film down, take it slowly as you will only get one chance here, it is NOT possible to remove and reposition!

6. rub the design with your hand and finish with a squeegee to ensure it is fully adhered. the best method is to work from the centre outwards to push out any bubbles.

7. Carefully and slowly peel clear film off to finish.
